CNY' 2012

It is already the fourth day of Lunar New Year, had been enjoying and munching for the past few days. On the first day of CNY, had the same old routine like always but it's good meeting and catching up w/ cousins & relatives. Luck this year has been pretty bad, lost closed to $30 on the first night of gamble @ Quek's. We had Mahjong & BlackJack, I lost like almost every single round, wtsssss! But my favourite girls arent favourite for no reason, they didn't wanna accept their full winnings from me! Hehz, love you girlz.

& like every year, I will be almost done w/ visitings on the first day. Thus, I did nothing but sleep for the whole of the afternoon and waking up to visit my Granny @ the hosp in the evening. Glad that she's doing fine, and speedy recovery for her, please! She doesn't deserves the pain and all ):

Had gambling session 2 @ Jared's. Didn't join them for Poker hehz (Suck at that). Luck that night was pretty good but my bets were small. Therefore, after afew hours of gambling, my money goes up and down and at the end, I won $4... Better than nothing, right? (Y)

Third day was spent with Baby (: He came over my place & we caught a movie. So simple and I love it.. & i dont want March 6th to come although it marks our 28th month. Le sigh.

Like I said in my previous post, we didn't have any good plans in mind for Countdown. Went Town in the evening to get some materials for DIY, being afraid that Spotlight would close early. As expected, it was closed when we got there, luckily there's another DIY store around, got what I needed and we didnt really know where to head to. Syl asked us along to her countdown w/ her classmates & so we decided to find em @ Marina Bay.

The number of people there that night was oh-my-gawd. The scene felt like it's the 'end of the world', where people would start to evacuate (HAHA), lets hope this day won't come though *crossed fingers* Finally reached our destination, cellphones reception was REAL bad, couldn't get in touch w/ Syl, but luckily she spotted us within the sea of people :D

Settled down & played card games & waited for the time to come................

Started texting people "Happy New Year" before the clock strikes 12MN, cos I didn't wanna fight with the whole SG to send HNY texts & I bet there won't be any reception, like always.

Then suddenly we were all getting ready to countdown (it was 1 or 2 mins away from midnight).... *BOOOM BOOOOOOM BOOOOOM!* Fireworks came out & we were like 'WHUTTTTTTTT?!?!?' So we started (awkwardly), oh, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Then people around started wishing as well, then carried on with the usual huggings.

No counting down! WTH! & the fireworks came out earlier alright! *rolleyes* But oh wells, it's a brand new year now anyways (: Happy New Year!

After countdown, we headed to Boat Quay for Bar Chor Mee *Nomz*! & had a DIFFICULT time getting cab. But luckily we met a driver that stopped his car in front of us instead of people before us. Therefore, we somehow "stole" their cabs but who cares man HAHA.

Yupz, so that's about my countdown. Simple but spent with people I love - Baby & Sylvia (L).

Zircaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa on Friday night w/ lotsa friends! It was so so so oh-the-some! Although the music kinda sound like those in Rebel (RnB). Not much of dupsteps (I MISS DJMARCUS). But still, the companion was so great! :D & we went to try out "Last Man Standing", buay zhun one siah that machine (LOL). Although I was not totally sober but I wasn't as bad to be labelled as "Drunkenstein"?! & Baby & Andy was sober but still werent Last Man Standing. But Mich got it (& she drank too!!). But no Starbucks Voucher so sad, only Play Nation $10 & she threw it away -.- HAHA. Really love that night so much (:

1/1/12 - 2/1/12 - Sylvia's Birthday Parteh @ Raffles Town Club

Headed down to RTC to celebrate her 20th! (: She booked the Suite room which was so much bigger & comfy than the Hotels'! The toilet itself is already bigger than my room (WTS, I know).

Gave a birthday cake surprise & hope she had a great time there. We started drinking all and her classmates brought 7 bottles in total? Can't really remember the right number but there were bout 19 of us & 7 bottles? Those were there to kill us all, man. But I wasnt in the mood to drink so I drank a little only (:

Hope that Quek will like my prezzie, it's my second DIY gift for her since the Xmas'10 hehz.

Last day @ Schu

From the day of interview @ Suntec Schu, to starting work at Wisma and then Ion... Everything feels like it's just yesterday but in actual fact, more than a year had passed, time flies.

Today is the last day @ work before thy closes down. Having mixed feelings now, happy that it's all gonna end & I cant take a break from work. Sad that this job's gonna end cause it's the best workplace I ever had & im so gonna miss my girls @ work ): Doubt there'll be anymore chances for us to be working together. But I'll not forget the fun & nonsense that we had during work (':

USS TRIP 2

It's the second time @BennyBiryani & I head to Universal Studios Singapore. The first time was 1 year ago, hehz. Nothing much changed, the only difference is that, this time round we managed to ride on the BattleStar! The ride was so so so awesome! Esp the cyclone! Best Roller Coaster I've sat so far. & yes, Im sucha a loser cause I havnt been so anywhere further than Hongkong, therefore Battlestar is currently the best Roller Coaster for me (HAHA).

First time we went we couldn't finish walking USS and ended up rushing thru Madagascar! This time round we went, we finished walking at bout 6PM T.T

Nevertheless, the trip is so all-o-some with my Dearest @BennyBiryani <:
